South Lodge is a multi-story bunkhouse that reflects the mid-century design seen in other camp favorites, such as Huckleberry House. Dozens of large windows invite natural light to fill the space, gently filtered by the towering fir trees that surround it. South Lodge has 12 private rooms across two floors: nine with two beds, one with three beds, and two with four beds. Each floor has its own set of bright, clean restrooms. The ground floor and restrooms, including its showers, are fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

South Lodge’s program space is ideal for group gatherings ranging from 20-50 people, depending on the configuration. It has been used for yoga, dance, music recitals, workshops, conferences, planning meetings, and more. Pilgrim Firs includes nearby cabins for additional housing when the group size exceeds South Lodge’s housing capacity of 29. With housing, large program space, a snack kitchen and lounge all wrapped in one, South Lodge is a fantastic option for your next church or non-profit gathering.
